Missing elite night bonus
 
I recently completed what I believe is a targeted promotion that I received in the app:

The 2nd stay was completed a week ago and the bonus points have posted, but not the bonus elite night credits. On the Bonvoy website, I see a form to request points for a missing stay, but is there a better avenue for missing bonus promos? TIA.
