Guest Relations emails from Medallia.com

I had a booking last week in Amsterdam that had to be a no show, since I was rebooked to a flight one day later.
I just got an email thats seems to be from the Guest Relations Manager of the hotel, but the email comes from Medallia.com. Is this a legit email?

Yes. As a Google search will show, the company is a provider of management support to thousands of companies. Generally these emails are of survey/promotional nature.

Something like collecting a no-show fee should come from the actual hotel email address.

yes, medallia is the survey platform for marriott, not sure why you got one as a no show though!

Thanks for the feedbacks, I was just hesitating to reply to the email.
So for my no show I actually had pre-paid the booking and the hotel already informed me that the money is non-refundable and I will not receive any points.
The following day, the Medallia email came asking the the details of what happened. It was from a different person that I was in contact at the hotel.
