2 of my SNA's disappeared from my account
I reached Platinum in November 2023, chose my Annual Choice Benefit as 5 SNA's and put 3 requests for an upcoming reservation in March.
In December I reached Titanium and chose the FNA but now my remaining 2 SNA's have disappeared. I have contacted Customer Care by email , they had their research department look into this as the history of the account was not clear to them. It took several days, they came back claiming that I had already reached Platinum in May 2023, with an exact time stamp , which cannot be right. No way did I reach Platinum in such a short time, I have no credit card giving me free credit nights either. At that time of the year I had accomplished 3 vacations and was at 37 nights. They also claim that I have used my 56 !! SNA's , never ever have I had so many SNA's, how does one even get so many ? Three emails later they still repeat these insane claims, I suggested they reinstore my lost 2 SNA's as a goodwill gesture if they are unable to pull up the correct history but to no avail. Anyone else had disappearing SNA's ? |
How many SNAs did you use in 2023? That looks like a key piece of information here.

I thought I had an easy answer for you because I had lost 5 SNAs. They expired 12/31/23. I have 5 more to expire the end of this year.
