I have the same issue. I can report that the problem happens after updating my default credit card information. In fact I only changed the nickname of it. I did not change the email address nor any phone number. I hope the login issue will resolve in 5 days. The rep (who had no clue) created a ticket for me.

But as others have also reported, sometimes Marriott just suddenly turns the 2FA on for you. Well, Marriott rep did say they don't have an IT dept. So it must be a mouse turning 2FAs on for people at random. |
