Marriott Elite Evening invitation
Has anyone ever been to one of these invites? It was only 2k points but sold out now and in the DC area at the Bethesda HQ and at the adjacent Marriott hotel.

I saw a post on Reddit about this, and someone mentioned they went to one of these in Chicago and left with a free $300 Away suitcase.
