Best value St. Regis in the world?

I want to treat my girlfriend to the St. Regis experience at some point, and am wondering what the best value, or cheapest St. Regis in the world is? We all know about Bora Bora etc. but there have to be some scattered around the globe that are not $3K/night or whatever.

Any good suggestions?

cheapest vs best value is a little difficult to measure. I believe the cheapest is the Lhasa - https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotel...sort/overview/

It'll all depend on what you consider "best value."

Given your home city, the St. Regis Chicago could be the "best value" option. Hop on the car and spend the weekend without any air travel.

Not sure if it's the cheapest but I booked 1 night at the St Regis Kuala Lumpur for 37k in points and 183 USD cash upgrade to the Caroline Astor Suite which is 138sqm

On points, the St Regis Marsa Arabia in Doha, Qatar is a really good deal for an all-suite property. It had been 35K or so for a property that goes for around 500-700 USD.

St. Regis in Astana, Kazakhstan was a great value - ~25-30k on points and ~$225 a night. Participates in Amex FHR.

Bit of a haul, but the St Regis in Tianjin is less than $200 a night usually.

What is the “St . Regis experience?” genuinely curious as I’ve never stayed at one.

My first St Regis experiences after the original NY ones were in Singapore, Italy and DC. Neither the Singapore nor DC one struck me as extraordinarily special.

So what was the experience in NY and Italy?
