2nd person on res checking in?
 

I booked the Tokyo Aloft Ginza on points and will be there four nights with a local friend. I can get a 5th night free that she could take advantage of but only on the front end so she would have to check in instead of me. So, if I did add her name to the room, would she be able to check in and would we still get my Titanium benefits since she is checking in? (obviously she'd have to put down her CC on check in but that's fine...)

technically they don't have to offer the benefits to your friend but if they want to, they can but its the exception, not the rule. I'd call to add your friend to the room, you may need to contact bonvoy to do so as the property may not be able to add the name
