Can’t access folio on Marriott account
I stayed at a Marriott for work in March and the folio still wasn’t on my account, the points credited were also wrong but that’s another issue. Anyway, I called up the Marriott lifetime platinum line to get the folio as the hotel (JW Marriott Turnberry Miami) was no help and they told me no one has been able to get their folio online on their account since January.
Is that actually true and if so how is that possible? How could this not be fixed in three months? Marriott’s IT is truly pathetic, but this pathetic? |
This has been a problem for me as well. Sometimes the folio is right there and the points are all correct, while other times the points are obviously wrong and the folio just leads to a corrupted file. Most frustrating is that I have my account set up to automatically email me folios after my stays, but sometime in the past couple of months that stopped happening. Now I need to remember to get a printout from the front desk at checkout (like the old days).
