Missing Points

Hi, I have been staying in the Manchester Victoria & Albert Hotel regularly over the last few months.
Some of the stays I have booked has been at a special member rate which is 10% discount and an extra 2000 points.
Since January I have had the points applied to my account for my stay, however the extra 2000 points per stay has not been added.
I recently asked the hotel to look into this for me but they have still not been added.
Can someone advise the best route to get these added, as its now over 20,000 points missing.

Email your folios to [email protected], explaining where you believe the points to be missing.

also if you log in to your account, when you view activity at the bottom of the screen is a button to submit a claim for missing points. usually seem to have them posted faster submitting via the form than i even do via an ambassador.

you'll need a pdf of your folio though to make it quick.

This is referring to the missing stay button, which is different.

Also, both that form and the email address I posted go to the same place.
