Were I an innocent bystander who had never tried Marriott or read this forum, yes, yes, I'd think they'd count for something.

But I have tried Marriott and I have read this forum so I don't think that anymore. I'm just happy with getting the minimum promised benefits, most of the time

Yoyo, it’s not clear to me if once your stay posted, did you try to choose a benefit using the link that is posted in multiple places in this forum (or from your 50 night email) or did you wait for a new email invitation from Marriott that never came?

I visited the annual choice benefit page linked on this thread on a daily basis from Jan 1st thru 7th and was not given a choice to select my 75 night choice award.

Email CS was a dead end as of last week. Was given a follow up survey on email experience... :rolleyes:

I can't say that I will not stay at a Marriott property given my habits, but when presented with alternatives, I will no longer default to Marriott. I guess it's time to dust off my Hilton account.

That’s terrible. In that case, Marriott was a letdown on all counts. Sorry to hear that.
