App / Website Won't Log In?
Not sure if this should go here or in another thread...
Trying to book a hotel but neither the website nor my app will allow me to log in. App gives "service not available" message and website gives "something happened" message. Wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if it's just me. Rather frustrating as I'm trying to book for tonight and the Marriott option is more conveniently located and less expensive than Hilton....but Hilton will let me log in and book. |

Same here in Canada, can't log-in, tried website and APP kept crashing......

+1 Service Not Available on the App. (been like that all day) and Something Happened on the website (just tried it). Poor showing by Marriott.

Same, not available on the app or online for me right now (annoyingly I need to cancel an upcoming reservation - it's like they knew and don't want me to cancel it!)

I cancelled a reservation on the app. Free night cert and points not back but SNAs returned. I’ll check on desktop version. Annoying.

I was just able to log in via the app. It gave me a "here's what's new" message at the beginning so maybe their updates didn't roll out smoothly? 🤷♀️
