If Marriott puts some effort into reading folios when you submit a missing claim, everything would move smoothly.
I had a horrible experience for a stay that didn't post. Which then I submitted a missing stay claim and the stay posted, however, incorrectly. I then replied and they reviewed and posted additional more points but still incorrect (We're talking $2K worth of points). I think I emailed all of Marriott employees in the past few days with everyone giving me the standard reply as if you are speaking with a robot. I finally called in today and had a great gentleman who fixed everything in less than 5 minute call. |
