Would it be better to submit a new claim on a failed brg booking OR cancel, rebook, submit?

I did cancel, rebook and submit for the same hotel same date four times over 48 hours .. twice rejected against rehlat (two agents confirmed that it is no longer a valid comparable website), once rejected against zenhotels (sometimes can, sometimes can't), and finally clicktrip that got the approval .. fortunately no accusations of fraud made against me ..

Does anyone have a comprehensive list of sites that they don't match?

What are the best hotel comparison sites to look for a BRG rates? I was checking on some hotels, but Marriott has always the lowest rates when I do a google hotels search.
