Just hit my inbox. Not sure if it's targeted, but when I register and click on the promo, it says "Exclusively For You". Not a bad stack with the current promo. Pre-COVID, I had a lot of business stays that did include a weekend, but haven't had a weekend stay in over a year now, since all of my business stays have been concentrated to mid-week. Guessing they might have noticed.

A bit of a 'nice to have promotion', 5k points is about $35 to me so it won't sway any decisions I hadn't already made.

In contrast, the new Hilton & Hyatt promotions are very compelling value propositions.

Why do they hate us?? I won’t hold my breath on this one. Haven’t had a targeted promotion for years. It’s not worth a lot and won’t make up for not being able to use the double points promotion.

My bad. Despite being a (qualifying for) Lifetime Plat, I’m much more vested in Hilton Honors (Lifetime Diamond). I’m guessing when I typed that, I either confused it with the current HH triple points promo, or equally bad, I flaked and assumed that there was a general promo going on—I forgot Bonvoy doesn’t have a universal promotion constantly running like HH does.

Received the 1.5k/3k two stay promotion. Can't say I'm tempted. I've earned 65k pts in the first few months of 2021 and I've used 0... Soon enough I'll have 4 certs and several hundred thousand points. It's definitely time to start burning them off.
