We stayed there 10+ years ago when my daughter was an infant. It was great having a full view of the falls from our room. We had splurged on the view since we knew we wouldn't be doing too many activities with a 2 month old.

I don’t know if I could find a “best” because each view has something different about it ...these are my favorites so far
Renaissance Hong Kong Harborview room
JW Marriott Rio from the lounge
JW Marriott Cancun .. basically any ocean view room
Ritz Carlton Hong Kong Rooftop Bar
Marriott Hong King Airport .. watching the planes land and takeoff from the lounge is pretty neat

The St Regis Bora Bora Otemanu view isn't too shabby, otherwise the Mauna Kea. Others:
W Times Square (crappy hotel, but I've always been fond of it)
The Grande Bretagne, Athens
Hotel Arts, Barcelona
The Gritti Palace, Venice

RC Hong Kong except when it's foggy and you have no view because you're above the clouds.
There are some "lower" Bonvoy hotels with good views, such as Westin Choson in central Seoul, where some rooms look over a garden and shrine (when it's not under renovation) and toward some palaces, gardens, and mountains in the background, with a major square (sometimes festivals, demonstrations, or special holiday decorations and lighting) and a modern library/city hall building at intermediate distance. Good fall leaves too.
JW Design Square Seoul has views over a historic gate and city wall (as well as a square and some very interesting modern architecture), especially if you go outside on the balcony from the club lounge on the top floor.
W Minneapolis is located in a historic art deco building with a small historic "executive office" bar at the top, plus a small history museum and viewing deck (small so capacity is limited) that allows one to walk completely around the roof (in good weather) and see the city from all directions, on about the 20th-25th floor There are urban beehives on the roof at about the seventh floor level.
Westin Atlanta is one the the tallest buildings in the southeast. Rooms (IIRC I last stayed in a junior suite on about the 86th floor) have walls of windows, windows that were blown out by a major storm some years ago and required custom glass to replace (and replacement of many furnishings such as carpets that were waterlogged).
Sheraton LAX Gateway has some corner suites (really gigantic junior suites as they're one big room) with great runway views toward the water. Westin DTW Gateway (actually in the terminal) also has rooms with good runway views (and good soundproofing).
In Europe, airport Sheratons at CDG, FRA and AMS have some rooms with good runway views.

Cave man alert: if you like college football the view from the Marriott Vanderbilt lounge is one of my favorites. You can see 95% ish of the field. It’s really cool.
