Book via Expedia, earn points for extras?
 

Stayed 6 nights at JW Marriott in New Orleans. Booked two rooms. This was booked via Expedia, so no points for the stay, but
- we dined at Fogo de Chão and put this on the room
- we paid 120 USD for late check out
- as a basic member, we paid 40 USD + taxes / night for Executive Lounge access
- all was paid with my CC at check-out

The stay was completed 21FEB, but I still can't see any points in my account. Should I reveice points for these? If yes, how long should I wait before contacting Bonvoy?

Did you get a folio showing your Marriott number? If not call up hotel and ask them to send you one. Submit this to Marriott to get points. YMMV

I did. So apparently I am entitled to those points? However, trying to fill in the form, the first thing it asks me is where I booked and then goes on to say I'm not eligible for points for the stay. Which I know. But it doesn't let me proceed, either, to claim the points for incidentals.

Hi ffay005! Reservations made through third party websites, travel agencies or sites non affiliated to Marriott are not eligible for earning Elite Night Credits or Points for the room. However, you can earn Points on qualifying incidental spend. If you send me a Private Message here on FT or an email to: [email protected] with your first/last name, Marriott Bonvoy number, the dates you stayed at the JW Marriott New Orleans, and a legible screenshot or copy of the folio, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
