I just reserved an AAA rate called "AAA Hote Deals" at a Courtyard in the DC area and the rate details prior to booking stated parking included for one vehicle per night. Looking at the reservation details, there's a parking rate listed.

How can I get this fixed?

I would just take a screenshot of rate showing parking included and leave it at that for now. You could call up hotel to verify if you want.

That makes sense if you think about about. The general info incl. parking rates is generic and does not take your specific rate into account. Should not be an issue once you get there.

IME some AAA hot deals include parking and some don't, just as some are nonrefundable and others have normal cancellation policies. In general, it's just a rate that tends to be lower than the regular AAA rate and is optionally offered based on availability.

OK, but did you intend to answer my question? What I'm saying is that the rate rules before I booked stated parking is included, I booked, and now on the rate details for my reservation I don't see anything stating parking is included and in fact they list the parking cost.

What does your written (emailed) confirmation say?

That there's a parking fee.

I messaged with Marriott over Twitter, they confirmed the rate includes parking for one car per night. Worst case I'll have to show the front desk that conversation.

I book AAA rates w/parking all the time. *DO* take a screen shot of the rate details and make sure to mention parking is included at check-in. I've never had to produce the screen shot rate details, but given how piss-poor Marriott's IT systems are, screen shots are nice insurance.

Your experience will vary greatly with the experience level of the FDC. If they've been around for awhile, everything will go smoothly and automatically. If they're new, you might need to gently remind them that parking is included with your rate. Sometimes a FDC will unintentionally give all AAA rates free parking. I've never been denied when asking politely.
