W Bali SNA Ugrades
 
Does the W Bali upgrade to the villa rooms with SNA’s? If so, would accepting an upgrade to an ocean view room preclude an upgrade to a villa on arrival?

No on both accounts last time I checked.

Villas are not on their SNA pool. If a SNA request clears there’s no acceptance—in fact, it cannot be withdrawn unless the entire reservation is cancelled. However, an SNA upgrade does not trump any further upgrades — either platinum or courtesy above-and-beyond — at check-in, availability permitting.
