Hadn't seen this thread (and didn't know this was a chain-wide switch) but stayed at the W Chicago in late November and was pleasantly surprised to see the Momo products. Hadn't used them prior and thought maybe it was something unique to that location but I thought they were great - much better to my hair than bliss products. I'm in the camp that liked the bliss scent but never used the shampoo/conditioner as my hair did not do well with it at all. It's all subjective to the individual but count me as someone who is thrilled with this change, as I no longer need to bring my own shampoo when staying at W's.
