I called but the marriott rep was not very adroit using the website (which I found at the time of conversion to be true, and waited for them to catch up) I need an ombudsman or a lurker; I miss my SPG contacts! Any help on a good contact to get this straight?

Membership Cards are sent out in phases. As the Cards are delivered to the address listed on the Member's Marriott Bonvoy profile, please ensure the address is the most up-to-date.
