Points for non-guest dining at St Regis?
 
I was not a guest at the hotel but dined at the St Regis Bora Bora.
Does anyone know if I can get Bonvoy points for that dinner? I can’t find anything on the website.

One would think so, per the T&C reference by Bonvoy Lurker here. Just no bonus points.

But here’s the confusing part:

It is also offered at the following Participating Properties and Brands in United States, Canada, Europe, Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, South America, Middle East, and Africa: St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W, Sheraton, Le Méridien, Westin, Tribute Portfolio, Four Points, Aloft Hotels, and Element;..."

which would contradict the first part...since AP is not mentioned...

It’s all participating brands and properties in AP, but for everywhere else, it’s only participating legacy SPG properties (minus Design).
