Time to transfer Bonvoy points to United?

Time to transfer Bonvoy points to United?
Morning all. I've recently transferred some Bonvoy points to United for the first time (long story...). The transaction, including the bonus miles for moving over 60,000, posted on my Bonvoy account on Sep 17, but still hasn't posted to my UA account.
I've read some reports on headforpoints and elsewhere indicating it normally takes <48 hours. Can anyone who's done this let me know how long it took their points to post on UA, and if I'm already beyond the norm, who should I call for help - Bonvoy Customer support at a number listed here - or is there a specialist team for this team of query?
