No Bonvoy credit card in Germany?

The same sort of rewards, yes, although much lower. As has been well documented, less regulation in the US market compared to most has resulted in much higher bank fees, a share of which can pay for some very generous credit card incentives.

If the OP was asking about that, the question would have been why doesn’t any hotel or airline offer any card anywhere apart from the US. I suspect he really just wanted to know why there is no German Bonvoy card.
