Only 1,000 points awarded for 4 night suite stay?

Always get paper. I stayed at the Greenbelt, MD Marriott (no longer a Marriott), and was given points only for the burger I got the previous night.
It took weeks to get it cleared up. And they weren't even pushing back, it just went into a giant "oh we'll get to that later" pile I think,

Quick update:
It took 3 weeks and 3 phone calls but I finally got all the points yesterday. 29,500. Still seems a bit low for 4 suite nights but I'll take it!
Now I have to wait for AMEX Bonvoy to correct the points they awarded me!
