Your24™

Stay When You Want

Have the flexibility to choose the 24 hours of your stay. So when your flight arrives really early or extra late, you can check in at 8 a.m. and check out at 8 a.m. — or stay from midnight to midnight. It’s up to you.

Your24 is only for Ambassadors

If I am arriving close to midnight, I normally book a room for the additional night and let the hotel know my plans. After a long flight that arrives after dawn, I ask if I can use the gym and/or a lounge until my room is ready. Although I prefer to get into my room as early as possible, I find exercise, a shower and some food often suffices. Since planned long flights frequently involve several time changes, I would rather attempt to adjust to the local time zones than get some sleep upon arrival.

Many (good) hotels will offer you a drink or snack if your room isn't ready when you arrive. If you're entitled to lounge access, this would be a minimal offer, although I always think that one is entitled to as many breakfasts as nights stayed, etc.

At the SGS in Bangkok, we checked in at around 7-8 am. We had confirmed suite upgrades but the room wasn't ready. They gave us a regular room until the suite was ready. Obviously, this depends on whether or not they have rooms available

It's mostly luxury and near-luxury hotels that will offer a different room until one's own room is ready, especially if the guest arrives before check in time. I would be surprised to see a Marriott do this. (It's happened for me at PH and Orient Express (RIP).)

I use messenger to communicate directly with the hotel a couple days prior to travel for an early morning arrival. Never had an with being a no-show.
