I don't see any Marriott all-inclusives outside of the Caribbean, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

Normally I try to avoid hotels "where the package vacationers go"... YMMV...

Of course, with Platinum status you can just choose a hotel with a good lounge and get 80+% of the way to all-inclusive, depending on how much you require alcohol by the pool...

Ahh. You reminded me of my great stay at the Sheraton Full Moon Maldives a few years ago when they still cared. It had a new lounge with its own pool away from the rest of the resort. Never more than 3-4 other couples there. Cooked to order breakfast, snacks during the day, beer in the fridge, and food and booze in the evening. Didn't spend a cent in the resort. Probably why they closed the lounge now.

Many of them have all inclusive options, but no idea which have a good vibe.

It appears you have already done some research; it may be more efficient if you could list the properties you are considering and request feedback on the "vibe" of each versus the broader question previously posed.
