Anyone has Marriott executive email?
I'm going to send them an executive carpet nuclear bomb email. FOUR ....ING MONTHS, and they still haven't fixed their ..... I'm not going to go into details.

Seriously, I sent him a nastygram via a handwritten "sorry for your loss" card from Target. That got me a call from his 'office' in Utah. Very nice chat with the lady who called me. She said she was hearing a lot of issues with "that darn website".

I get the sense that you’re upset about something, but sending an emotional rant to the executive offices rarely achieves much. I would go for the more sober approach.
