I stayed here two years ago and found the place to be falling apart; has anything improved?

Is there any point to copying and pasting things from the website and adding nothing else of substance?

Is there any point to not having a property thread at all when others are looking for info on a specific property? ;) I created the thread because there wasn't one & given the location, hoped we would get input on said property if FTers stayed there.

If you've stayed at the property, I & other FTers look forward to your trip report :)

Cheers.

Well geesh. I do a search each time before I start a thread to see if one exists & it didn't come up. I'll contact the mods to close this thread or just delete it, since a thread with a lot of (sounds like horrible) reviews already exists.

Cheers.

I presume these came from the web. Some look like artist renditions so not sure I would trust them too much. Years ago I selected a hotel in LA for a trip with friends. Photos looked gorgeous and was anticipating a very pleasant trip. Place turned out to be a converted apt building and rooms in pretty bad shape. Really felt embarrassed but we suffered through the two nights and advised my TA to flag in as a NO GO for future bookings.

And now with all the flooding happening at the moment, The property may be more "earth tones". :)

With our record rainfall yesterday (and earlier this month rain) the old dirt has been washed away. There is considerable building in PSP at the moment and hopefully some improvements will come. In the meantime, if you are a Marriott client- better M options. If you are SPG, well.... you can guess what to expect.

Since there is already a Master thread on this property we will close this one. Anyone looking for the Master thread can find it: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/marr...er-thread.html
