Comments: Made reservation around 3pm on May 18th (got caught up in flight cancellations to Dallas due to heavy storms there.) There were Jr. Suites showing as available and asked about an upgrade, but the check-in agent didn't want to give one to me. I didn't argue too much as I was only there for 1 night and would be getting up early on May 19th to head back to the airport.

Comments: service is great with recognition and perks (happy hour, ice cream for kids, etc) for platinum status. We were upgraded to poolside rooms (8 rooms share a pool right off the back deck) but requested to be moved to 4th floor basic rooms after two nights. Ground floor rooms were always damp and both toilets continued to clog - seemed like a whole wing ground floor issue. While not an upgrade, we enjoyed the higher level floors.
