It looks like that is the old Sheraton that is right by I95 and the DCOTA (Design Center of the Americas). It appears they will significantly renovate and reclad the building.

It is pretty convenient to the airport, cruise ship ports, I95 and the TriRail station. One exit north of the big cluster of airport hotels at Sterling Rd.

Drove by this property today and we wondered out loud when it will be opening, so thank you for this timely thread. They did a "to the studs" renovation to this structure, it is essentially a new building, looking forward to seeing what it will be.

It opened as cat 5, and 40K points per night throughout Feb. 2020. That’s all fine, except that it does NOT provide an airport shuttle, though it’s located 3 miles away from the airport. I will book it for 30-35K, not 40K.

Can anybody provide details regarding the Club Lounge, e.g. opening hours, offerings?

Is street parking possible or do I have to use the hotel's parking lot?

Yes and no, theres a Tri-Rail station on the other side of the 95, where you can park free for 24 hours, no gate no tkt. If staying more then 1 night simply on night 2 park in a different spot just in case they actually do check and run the plate, as long as you arent more then 24Hrs in any one spot your OK. By the hotel there is no street where you can park. Id say the station is a 5-10 min walk
