My 16 nights in Spain and Croatia during my summer holiday in june-july will give me 36 nights instead. Pretty nice with this double night promo :-P hope Marriott will continue with this double night promos yearly, especially target us non lifetimers Europeans who can't get the US Credit card with 15 nights.
Back in the days from the Spg double nights promotions my lifetime nights were updated from the double nights. So I'll only get 1x instead of 2x with Marriott. But oh well, you can't have everything.
This is the 2nd time I'm getting a double night promo, last year from spg, and guess it will be the last time...

Got the Double nights promo as well. Plat with 22 nights so far. This will greatly help in maintaining my status, very happy that I finally lucked out with these promos

got the '2 stays for 4.5k points' promo like a few others have posted here....1.5k for the first stay followed by 3k for the second stay....not the best promo i've received but its better than nothing....
have no stay for the next couple of weeks but will be in & out of hotels all of june so will easily complete it then....

Interesting thought, and yes there is, but (1) I can't see why they would have currency fluctuation between base points and bonus points when the posted as one line item and (2) the currency changed only within a range of 0.75% over the entire duration plus a few days, which obviously is much less than 2.5%.
I've been avoiding Marriotts, especially for paid stays, so this is my only recent activity. Really curious if it would happen every time.

Got this variation: Earn up to 18,000 bonus points, 4000/6000/8000 for 1, 2, 3 paid stays that include a weekend night (period ending August 31).

No one has figured out the algorithm of who gets these targeted promos! (I suspect I got targeted because I was wearing my lucky pink panties.).
