combining marriot accts residing at same address
 
I'm unclear if you can do this, both accts. have spg acct #'s, (family members), can somebody clarify? Also is it correct that now redeeming points for airline miles does not count as activity to extent your expiration?

NO. The rule is one person, one account, NOT one address, one account.
