Update on iOS that fixed the status issue. Mine is now correct.

$ spend now showing for me as of this morning (@39 nights). Nights last updated this past Saturday.

Perhaps the 50 nights comment was covering for IT.

I changed my password today and was promptly locked out of the bonvOY app for doing so. Rep tells me that is normal and the new password will not take effect for 24 hours. So I remain locked out. Is the advice from customer service accurate?

Yesterday it appeared that Mobile Check-out automatically took place on the app (but upon inquiring, not in the property's system). This morning it appears that Mobile Check-in has also automatically took place (for next Tuesday).

Anyone else noticed there's a slight delay between marriott.com and the marriott app when it comes to adding the nights after a stay is completed? The points are quick to post in both channels but the nights take several hours half a day perhaps to post in the app after marriott.com? Shows correct on marriott.com

Also it kind of bothers me that when I use mobile check out and its marked that I'd like the folio to be emailed to me, that never happens unless I tell fd to email the folio.

Edit: minmum 6-7 hours later (from when I woke up) the nights were added in the app.

There is some lag, bit it's not uniform or consistent for me. Sometimes I'll see my points and night total go up on the app first without any updates to the activity list on the app and no updates at all on the website. Other times it's as you describe with the website ahead of the app. Usually when that happens I can force a refresh on the phone by dragging down on the activity list.

Is there any reason why I can't log into the (android) app anymore? I changed my password recently, but can easily log into the desktop site. I uninstalled and re-installed the app. When I try to log in with my email is suggests using my member number, but that also doesn't work. -

Anyone else had a recent update that's changed the room search options? Mine always has "Lowest Regular Rate" pre-selected under "Special Rates" with no way to unselect it. Using it to search with returns 0 properties. Pretty useless to book rooms with now!

Android app (Pixel 3XL) not showing Certificates below Suite Night Awards.

iphone app no problem.

I noticed this back in March, called and was told they are working on it. Called today clueless lady said they are still working on it though she's not sure what they are working on.

Anyone else not seeing the Certificates in an Android app?

Marriott Bonvoy App not working with iPhone 11 Max Pro

I picked up one of the new iPhone 11 Max Pros over the weekend and now my Marriott Bonvoy app doesn't work. It opens and just sits on the cover page with the dots below blinking (as if its loading, but it never does).

Is anyone else having this issue?

Hey.

I had the same issue, removing the app and reinstalling it fixed it for me.
If not try to clear the app data in settings and try again. Seems to be some issue with loading the logged-in data.
