For those that prefer the computer and use a Mac, I just noticed that the Bonvoy app is available in the Mac App Store. It is the same app as the iPhone, but I do find it more reliable than Marriott.com.
I'm enjoying having a native app for the Mac rather than using the website.

The Marriott app on my iPad won’t open since the last update; it stalls on the main page flashing the logo, freezes the iPad for a few seconds and then crashes. Deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted the iPad, deleted and reinstalled again and still the same.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Refreshing to see that Marriott’s IT experience is still serving it well.

Has anyone had issues on the Android app to use flexible dates and special codes/corporate codes? I get the red bar on the top saying "We're having trouble loading rates. Please Refresh or try again". I've reinstalled it and never fixed it. It seems to be happening for all the codes I try.

Didnt work for me on iOS, no corporate rates loaded. This has been a glitch with Marriott accounts for a while. Marriott IT seems unable (or uninterested) in solving this.

Gave this a try but didn't seem to work for me. Good to know I'm not the only one though. I feel like the timing of this becoming an issue was around the time Marriott started including taxes and fees in rates.

They claimed to have fixed it before but it was still broken. Just another Marriott IT failure.

I logged into my app today and found out that I had achieved 26 nights for this year, which pipped me to Gold.
The app shows a Platinum counter - "You're only 24 nights away from Platinum Elite".
Instead of removing the Gold counter upon hitting Gold, it's retained with the message - "You're only 0 nights away from renewing Gold Elite".
Oh, Marriott IT.

Apparently the app now has no clue what day of the week we're on. Looking yesterday at some hotels for later this week and the app at the top correctly showed "Sunday, May 8 thru Monday, May 9" but look at the calendar itself. I was so confused for a bit. Of course I would never book a reservation through the app if it's that screwed up. I still use the horrible Marriott website for 99% of my room bookings. This is the first time I've seen this happen.
