I just ran into this at Wailea Marriott. Going for 40th anniversary, no way to do more than put request for king bed on comments, no SNAs are accepted in spite of a ton of upgraded rooms.

Even as a Titanium, my experience with Hyatt is so much better. I would never have to worry about two doubles. This was to supplement a week at the Andaz, where my suite upgrade is guaranteed (as is a long bed).
