Current Status of the Grandfathering Sweep to Lifetime Platinum Premier Elite / Lifetime Titanium Elite
As of 1/26 Members are reporting a SWEEP HAS OCCURRED LTPPE/LTitaniumE. Some have reported discrepancies between app and website still.
A sweep has also occurred of LTP qualifying from previous LTG on legacy rules.

If you have legitimately been swept and your website account shows that you have truly been grandfathered to Lifetime Platinum Premier Elite, then yes please do add a post with this information with useful details for others and this wiki will then be updated accordingly with your information.

Did anyone have a Lifetime status change yesterday besides just the annual Platinum sweep for legacy qualifications? I should have qualified for legacy LTP - got the 2019 platinum but lifetime did not change. Can't be sure now if the levels for lifetime were updated or just the annual.
I am coming from SPG with 19 Plat years and 1,755 combined (90%+ SPG) and it still only shows LTPE instead of LTPPE/LTTitanium.

Wife made LTPP both ways after the merger; 808 nights, 2M+ MR Points, 11 years Plat after combining accounts; although the years surprised us so we are not sure they will remain after the final settling up. Anyway, she is still showing as LTP online and in the app.

I wonder if anyone will ever again get LTPP status (if they haven't gotten it already)?
Before you panic about that statement
, all I mean is:
Is it possible that they'll rename PP to Titanium before they do the sweep, and thus that we'll only earn LTT directly (instead of LTPP which then turns into LTT)?
Ie, they've set a date for the name changes, but still no date known for the sweep.

Difference between LTP and LTPP

I'm in same situation with 812 nights and 13 years platinum.
Just out of curiosity I only see a higher bonus as difference, obviously if there is a fair way of upgrades a LTPP would be higher up but what else is different?

Nothing changed in my nights counters since early 2018. I've had LTPP since August 18th from being a legacy MR LTP.
