Cancellation Timeline
LifeTime Plat. I have an upcoming RI reservation that states 3 days advance cancellation. Am I held to that with my status? Wondering what you have seen. Thanks.

I've seen all kinds of things.
Yes, you are held to it. Seen that. Unless you ask and they generously don't hold you to it. Seen that. Or you ask and they are receptive to a change of dates. Seen that. |

Status does not affect cancellation policies.

Status does not override cancellation policies. So yes, you are held to the cancellation terms you agreed to, regardless of your status, but rule/policy.
Status may facilitate your ability to negotiate, although being a regular customer of that specific property has much more influence. |
