CC annual anniversary night certificate expired - Any recourse?
As per thread title. I have the SPG Bonvoy Amex card in Canada. This comes with an anniversary free night. Didn't realize this certificate had an expiry date. Now.. it's expired.
What are my odds of getting it back? Should I talk to Marriott or Amex? Or both?
