Is there an equivalent to one on the Hilton forum? - a Marriott insider who can deal with FTers problems?
I see that there is Marriott Assistance, Marriott Concierge, Marriott Employee as possible posters?
Do they help?
I have a problem - I have approached Marriott and the problem is not being deal with.

But can one send private messages to such an insider - as with HHonors representative on the Hilton forum.
I really do not feel it is appropriate to state publicly my problems on the Marriott forum, hoping an Marriott/SPG representative lurker may look at that post and then contact me.

Though publicly stating our problems on here post-8/18 is a nice form of group therapy with this ongoing CF.

If you ask nicely. Otherwise, no guarantees.

MR gave up on FT years ago and created their own forum that they control. Rumor is FT refused to delete some negative posts at their request. Marriott Insider is their system if you have an issue with a legacy MR property. The Lurkers would be a good resource if your issue is with a legacy SPG property.

My issue is with a Marriott property, so perhaps I will go to their own forum. I guess I find the forum by going to my account on the Marriott web site?

Not to get too far into the details of the sausage making, but all of us hotel mods try to encourage participation of company reps. When trying to set up a relationship, chains sometimes come back with interesting ideas. For instance, I was told years ago by a rep (not Starriott) that the way I had set up a promo thread was not "how our legal team would have worded it." Some chains work with what we can give them, others try their own thing (with various levels of success). Regrettably, these days very few chains have strong representation on FT anymore, instead focusing their energies on paying off "influencers" (and in some cases, not devoting energies to anything it would seem). The SPG Lurkers are superstar standouts, but unfortunately even they can't fix most of the issues on the Marriott side, and also seem dumbfounded by some things on the SPG side.

Anyone else having trouble logging into Marriott Insiders since the Bonvoy changeover? I keep getting warnings that the site is not private from multiple browsers.
