I got my missing 1,000 points on Jan 11th, I had to look for it as it was buried on the 4th page of my recent activity. They do not seem to have taken away the initial 50 point credit they had posted.
I'm happy with the 12,550 points I gained in the contest, they will almost cover the Cat 1 hotel that we are staying at on a getaway next weekend.

Has anyone (NJKen?) had any kind of response regarding their four night stay? I emailed on 9 January, but have not yet received a reply or acknowledgement.

I actually believe they are legitimately trying to figure out what is going on with our wins. I have gone pretty high up in the chain of command, and no one can figure out what's going on. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it wi be rectified within the next two weeks.

I agree with NJKen that they're trying to fix it. I contacted them on 1/17 and got this reply on the same day: Thank you for the email. I don't know when the other 3 will show up in your account, but I have been told that it will be corrected as a batch processing for everyone affected.
