All the points I won (2,400) were posted on Dec 11. On Dec 14, a free one night certificate for JW Marriott for up to 85,000 points was posted (expire on Jan 15 2020). This is instead of the 4-night stay at any Luxury Collection for up to 85,000 points I won. I'm going to wait a bit before contacting Marriott, hoping they'll catch the error.
I'm happy with the results!
Oct 26: 4 nights at any Luxury Collection hotels (up to 85,000 points per night)
(I have a feeling Marriott will post a 4-night stay award for up to 85,000 points per night so I can use it at any hotels since it's hard to create an award just for the Luxury Collection. I'll find out in 8-10 weeks.)
Oct 12: 500 points
Nov 14: 1,000 points
50 points for 18 days (900 points)
2,400 points total
Thanks Marriott!

Just got this email from [email protected] today:
"As a follow up, we would like to let you know that due to a change in values, you will not be receiving a 1099 for your prize as it will be under $600 and you will not be required to file this on your taxes."
I can't help but laugh! Wouldn't it be nice if they post the correct prize of 4-free night at any Luxury Collection but keep this no 1099 promise? I'm really going to wait this one out hoping Marriott's incompetence will play out in my favor.

FYI, I contacted William, the Starwood Lurker, and he said that I have to wait until the end of January. The terms say the points will post 8 - 10 weeks after the end of the promo, and the end of January is the 10 week mark after the end of the promo. Hopefully, Marriott will have fixed the issue by then. If not, I will contact William again.

I had the same issue with my prize for 4-night win for Design Hotel and only received 1 night certificate. I emailed customer service and still waiting to hear back the error that tMarriott made...my first impression was that potentially my remaining 3 night certificate was stolen by someone inside Marriott Rewards, transferring it to someone else's account. Hope that is not the case and it is a system issue with Marriott Rewards.

I played 2 accounts (SPG & Marriott, they are not yet merged). Points were posted for both accounts (with a long lag in between the two accounts). Won 2 and 3 500 points for each account, rest were 50 points. I played almost everyday except missing two due to have problem to log into Marriott site. However, there were only 16 entries posted and only have 1x500 (as reported by many here).
One of the account received email notification but I didn't pay much attention if I got email every time I played. Now I went through the emails notifications and saw there were only 17 notifications. Cross checked the email notification and posted points and see missing 1x500 points. Not sure why some of the plays were not recorded as the status chart did confirm correctly .
Have not seen anyone else reported partial posting like my case. Will wait 8-10 weeks to see if the additional 500 points to show up. Overall my impression on this promo is it seems further expose the weakness of the IT system. Wish Marriott will beef up the IT system to restore some confidence they can handle such a not so complex promo.
