Had my first Ritz reservation post without having to write in from Marina Del Rey last week (posted at 48 hours after check-out). I was surprised as I never received my efolio for that stay. This was the first Ritz stay to post after 5 consecutive ones didn't.

Could things be getting better? I checked out of a Marriott property Friday and the stay posted today. That is even quicker than before all the merger issues.
Although it was not correct,missing MAGC points, the nights and point totals were correct otherwise.

I had a stay ending Feb 23 that hadn't posted, so I'd submitted a missing points request on March 16. The points credited on March 17 after I'd submitted the request, but I didn't get an e-mail confirmation until March 18. The e-mail confirmation was actually a bit condescending:
The hotel definitely had my account number on file, as they acknowledged my status on check-in, but the points didn't post until I'd submitted the request almost 4 weeks later. A bit annoying that the agents don't seem to acknowledge there's an issue with points not crediting properly.
...we found that our records indicate that your stay has already posted to your Marriott Bonvoy account. You can view this stay on your online account summary at MarriottBonvoy.com. Generally, if a hotel has your account number on file, your stay will post to your account within ten days after check-out.

Well things were going ok for the last month or so........until this week. I think I spent more time with MAR on emails and phone calls regarding a BRG and now my stay from early March has not posted! I don't get it anymore. I am starting to fight my own emotions because parts of me really wants to say shove it, I am moving my business elsewhere because it honestly feels they are so out of touch. Then the other part can't seem to pull the trigger I wish the next news release was that Arne was packaged out!

Hi Everyone - noticed a stay from Feb hasn't posted and when I wrote in, they said it's because the reservation was booked through a third party website. Has this always been the case, you don't earn points ?

Sorry if this is covered in a thread already - I've been hunting but hadn't seen any.
A few of my stays this year haven't shown up in my Bonvoy account and I've had to report them. I notice on my folio's that my Bonvoy number is getting chopped up. Some have the first few digits, some the last few, but few have all the digits. Seems an IT issue on the Marriott end?

I wrote in 8 days ago & got a reply 2 days later :
1st reply was to notify me of a new merged account no. - OK
I tried to log in but I can't, even after I used the new acct. no & reset my password.
The old SPG/Marriott acct nos. don't work anymore, but I am able to log in using my FB acct.
And I'm still showing as Silver Elite & the stay is still missing.
So I wrote back & got a reply 2 days later as well :

I'm missing two stays -- both from European Design Hotels properties. Have sent a note about the first one and instantly got a "more traffic than usual" email. Haven't heard back since... The second is not yet 10 days post stay, so I'll give it a few more days, but am not optimistic.
