Club lounge has apparently been open for juice, coffee etc for awhile, but tonight they re-opened for 'Happy Hour' 6-8 pm for the first time since pre-pandemic. Lucky timing for me!
Correction: When I checked out, reception said the lounge is only open this week as the American Bar is closed. The lounge will not remain open for Happy Hour after Oct 7, and the date of re-opening is unknown.

Next door, the LHR Marriott's lounge is open daily for breakfast in the morning and food 5:30 - 7:30 pm and desserts 7:30 - 9:30 pm.

Top elites get breakfast refunded from their bill (in lieu of the 1,000 points on checkin)

A few eastern China updates:
- Hangzhou Courtyard Qianjiang - confirmed, open. Hot food from 5:30-7:30, alcohol until 9.
- Taizhou Marriott - lounge not open. Instead, they give you and guest free buffet and free drinks from the lobby bar. The buffet is mediocre and the lobby bar is limited to a list (2 wines, sever liquors (no vodka), and of course soft drinks). Buffet is from 5:30-7:30 and drinks are until 9pm.
- Shaoxing Sheraton - this was not on the master list, but lounge is open with hot food and open bar from 5:30-7:30 (drinks until 9pm). Hot food is procured from the main buffet (Feast)

We just finished a stay at the Westin Resort at Marina Village in Cape Coral FL. There is no buffet. The hotel offers a continental breakfast for elites. You can upgrade to the American Breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, breakfast potatoes, toast, and coffee) for $3. Menu below

Monterey / Marriott / No Lounge; Full brekkie for elite+1 only (children age 4 & under are free) M-F -- Can confirm this is still the case as of 11/4/2021. Breakfast is a full hot buffet with omelet station, just like pre-covid.
Didn't stay on a weekend, so can't speak to that.

Chicago airport Marriott - open for breakfast., 11th floor. Decent breakfast.
