At checkin, handed this explainer of my benefits.

Mini-bar allowance was honored. Took snacks daily to stock up for Shinkansen train ride to Tokyo. Nice way of getting a few mini-bottles of Japanese whiskey.

All and all a great stay!

Platinum and Platinum Premier benefits at St Regis Osaka. 12/27-12-31 2019 stay.
The approximately $27 per night in free mini-bar items is nice -- assuming the prices aren't inflated to make it impossible to actually use this benefit -- but it would be nice if this property would differentiate between platinum and platinum premier.

Did they have a butler service? Isn't it unusual to have an Asian property that doesn't give you at least one complimentary garment pressing?

A gentle reminder that THIS thread is to provide a 'snapshot/cliff notes' re: exec lounges & breakfast. Questions such as butlers, garment pressing, type of wines, etc, should go in the property threads. Thx!

Cheers.

Rocky Hill / Sheraton Hartford South / No Lounge; 10/18 update

I was there in November for sure. They have a great lounge with great offerings, typically accessible 24/7 for drinks and snacks.
Thanks. Just checked the website & lounge is listed, but says it's closed on the weekends so have updated the listing. But don't know what they do for breakfast on weekends when they're closed.

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel stayed 30/12/2018.

Lounge open 7 days. Breakfast in lounge only for elites: egg station, bacon, sausages, cold cuts and cheeses plus usual fruits and juices. Limited snacks i.e cakes and biscuits throughout the day but may just be a seasonal adaption to low footfall. Evening hot snack selection (including wine but not spirits) is enough to make a light meal.

Ritz Carlton lounges you have to pay for or book club room; always been the way. They're more robust than traditional Marriott exec lounges. Thanks for the update though.

Cheers.

Stayed at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani in late December 2018 / early January 2019. No lounge. Plats can get (in lieu of their welcome points bonus) a daily coupon that gets you free breakfast for 2 people at the breakfast buffet (which runs about $35-40 per person when you include tax and tip).

Jaipur/India/JW Marriott Resort & Spa
There is no actual Lounge, but the bar has happy hour from 5:30pm to 9:30pm daily for elites, with a list of free liquors and wines (no sparkling) and snacks that are self-serve.
Valid as of January 5th, 2019.
