Hotel decided to celebrate Mother's Day this weekend by closing their lounge through Monday afternoon.
Salt Lake City Marriott City Center. No mention in reservation confirmation or even by desk clerk at check in. Found the note on the door today. They did give me a cert for full hot breakfast today (Sunday) and tomorrow (Monday).

Anyone have further updates on this? I see from the hotel's site (and post making a reservation) that they indicate from 9am Friday - 5:30pm Sunday the lounge is closed and 1000 points / night offered in lieu of breakfast. But per Marriott rules shouldn't I as a Plat be offered breakfast in the restaurant?

Having just settled my bill for this 5-night stay, my breakfast experience at Paris, Prince de Galles included Continental Breakfast Buffet plus no extra charge for ordering eggs. I ordered omelette in addition to continental buffet 4 of the 5 mornings I was there and was not charge extra for eggs. Note: On the Menu Eggs Benedict is an upcharge from the American Breakfast which includes eggs, so I don't know if there would be an extra charge for Eggs Benedict since I only ordered omelettes.

I figured as such but where is said list? Also, do you happen to know if lounge is closed closed or just not food service? I'd love to still be use it as a free space for reading.

No change to these 2, just updating the date:
* Dallas / Le Meridien by the Galleria / No Lounge; 5/19 update
* Grapevine / Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center / NO LOUNGE; 05/19 update
The Westin and Le Meridien both offered buffet breakfasts as Platinum options at check in - not sure if we're keeping those in the entries like legacy Marriott properties or not since it's technically a different benefit.

Update
Renaissance Albany, NY Downtown:
Lounge is closed weekends. As a Titanium I was given a voucher for $20 towards the menu in the restaurant. The most expensive entree was $16, most were $12-14. It covered an Eggs Benedict, coffee and orange juice.

The lounge has been temporarily relocated to a meeting room on the check-in level, because of renovations. As a consequence no lounge breakfast. Otherwise it seems normal hours. Lounge estimated to reopen around September 2019.
Marriott Cardiff city centre
Lounge open everyday, but they have stopped offering breakfast in lounge. Full breakfast in restaurant for Plats+.

Nashville / Sheraton Grand Downtown Open 24/7, Breakfast in lounge 6:30-9am, BUT you can request a voucher for the restaurant Buffet (they automatically give one if a lot of Elites are in residence), Happy Hour with horderves and discounted (FDA's words) alcoholic drinks 5-8 everyday.
