I received the confirmation email for both transfers and the points were withdrawn from my account.

I had to escalate to get my points back. The agent said there was no way. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she would give me the points as a one time good will gesture. Otherwise, I'd be out 60K pts as they never showed up in my SQ account and this was 7 months ago.

I recently did two transfers to Alaska, each took 2-3 days, so this seems fairly fast and reasonably consistent.
Interestingly, the dates listed in my Alaska account are the day I initiated the transfer (for the regular points) and the day *before* (for the 5000 bonus per 60k transferred).

Requested online 4/19, visible in account on 4/21 (120k Bonvoy points, yielding 50k Alaska miles)
Requested online 4/29, visible in account on 5/2 (180k Bonvoy points, yielding 75k Alaska miles)

Unlike my recent Alaska transfers, this was painful.
I initiated the transfer on 4/17 - however, I didn't even get the confirmation email until 4/18, more than 24 hours after I submitted the transfer request (Alaska emails came an hour or two after the request).
Based on the (limited) data out there, such as TPG's list, I expected this to take around 3 days.
After a week, I was getting worried I had made an error in my number or something, since there is no confirmation (and I failed to screenshot, foolish of me).
AF agent told me that Marriott points are taking a long time - he cited 2 weeks as normal - so I was a little reassured, but it sounds like this is a frequent complaint to the FB desk.

Anyway, after more than two weeks, I was impatient, and called Bonvoy on 5/3- surprisingly, the lady didn't quote me the 6 weeks policy or anything (I am Gold, so maybe that helped, dunno) - she went and talked to a supervisor, and returned saying that the delay was on the AF side - they hadn't completed 'their end' of the transaction, whatever that means (she didn't know). So she said they had created a case to elicit a response from AF, and I should expect a response within 72 hours.
Whether that resolved it, or waiting did, the miles finally posted today, on 5/6, in the morning US PST.

AF was kind enough to keep extending my 72-hour award hold, which helped, though I had to keep calling to do so, and in one case, an agent said he couldn't extend, but could create a new itinerary - so YMMV on holds/extensions with FB; I am Gold with them and was booking a First Class award, which may or may not have mattered)

Finally, the miles transfer was 240,000 Bonvoy points, to yield 100k FB miles.

I used to be with SPG, so I'm not as familiar with what to expect from Marriott/Bonvoy transfers to miles.

I was transferring points to Singapore in 3 bursts on back to back days: 240,000 day 1, 120,000 day 2, then 240,000 day 3. The two 240,000 points transfers have gone through. The 120,000 point transfer has not yet arrived. It's now been a week.

Can anyone suggest if it's still likely to show up? At what point is it recommended I try to take some action?

Replying to myself is tacky, I know, but an interesting note: I called Bonvoy, and the rep said that the 6-week rule is in the past, and it's now 7 days. Calendar days or business days is unclear. She also said that all 3 transfers went through, according to the computer. Guess I can wait until Friday to call back...

Recently transferred 60k to VS on a Sunday.

On Monday afternoon Marriott showed the deduction transaction plus the additional 15k add/subtract for the bonus miles.

I wouldn't focus on the "7 days" thing. One CSR told me, without many details or any context, that "it's now taking 7 days but I don't know if it's business or calendar days so why don't you call back on Friday if it hasn't come through". This was not a promise or guarantee, and it was clear that she was telling me about a recent change.
