You only can select the choice at 50 and then again at 75 nights.

50 and 75 night selections coming out differently
I passed 50 nights roughly the end of Feb - selected my 50 night gift (5 SNA)
I receive an email saying thank you for selecting your SNA's They post to my account about 12 hours later I passed 75 nights on 1 March and selected my 75 night gift of 5 SNA I received an email saying thank you for selecting your 5 elite night credits I call immediately and tell the Marriott cust service rep that the computer picked the wrong thing, I chose SNA and it gave me some elite credit (At the time, I didn't even have a clue what it was) She gave me a case # roughly 12 hours later - I get 5 elite nights added to my account I'll probably have over 200 nights (With the bonus running now, i could easily hit 250 elite nights) this year so 5 more just don't even make sense for me to pick..... I chose SNA and am waiting to apply them, but I need them to post so I can use them for a 12 night stay (3 left from last year and 10 more from this year) It has been over a week and nothing.......what is my realistic next step? I have called cust service back and get the constant run around,,, |
The selection between SNA and Elite night is right next to each other and looks similar. There was another thread that had the same issue as you but acknowledged he or she picked incorrectly by mistake. Not sure if it was reversed as they make you click the “i agree selection is final”. Not saying that you picked wrong since Marriott IT isn’t exactly great but that’s a possibility as well. Hearing all these issues I screenprint EVERYTHING now. |

And if picking the selection on a mobile device instead of a laptop/desktop then fat fingers can really mess you up!
I chose on an iPad, same as the 50 day selection - it really shouldn't be an issue - but I guess it can be as evidence by my issue. |

How long do you have to choose after hitting the 50 day mark?
I’ll probably hit it soonish. However, if I can wait to choose I’d prefer that. If I’m going to end the year between 70-74 nights then I’d want the 5 nights, However, if I make Titanium on my own then I’d want the SNAs. |

I'm sure this is answered somewhere in the previous 55 pages, but this will be my first year as a Plat (and eventually Titanium). After I hit my 50th and 75th night, I will get to choose my benefits for 2019 - Do I also get to choose them again in January for 2020, and are they cumulative?
