Hope it works out and updates soon. There may have been background work that hasn't shown up on your profile yet. You could try making a refundable booking, call the property and ask them what your status is showing, if it is X4, you are beyond Platinum; you are Titanium.

Please note

Since there will be some stragglers now choosing their benefits before Jan 15, thought it was time to remind everyone again about the 2 most common mistakes people make with Choice Benefits:

1) Please do not confuse 5 SNAs with 5 Elite nights. They are completely different. Many people accidentally choose the Elite nights when they want the SNAs. Your choice is final.
2) If you choose 5 Elite nights as your benefit, they will be added to your total nights for 2019, even if you make your choice in the first 2 weeks of January 2020. This happens multiple times every year, so you'll be in good company if you make that mistake. The point of this post is to prevent this from happening.

Since those 5 nights will allow you to hit 75 nights for 2019 status, I’d try the link for selecting your next annual choice award (see wiki) Typically a day or two lag between posting activity that gets you to 75 nights and the link reflecting your new status.

As you will want to make your annual choice for hitting 75 nights before 15 January makes sense to check anyway.

Doesn't show anything. It's been >72 hours now.

I won't make it to Titanium using those nights. However, I could only use one of my SNAs last year and none of the hotels I know I'll be booking this year take SNAs.
For those of us who aspire to a lifetime elite status, taking the five elite nights is a very wise choice indeed.

That may be why I go for the 5 Elite nights. Am 100 nights short of Lifetime Plat (was going to hit it at 500 nights under the SPG programme, but Marriott has raised that bar this past year to 600 nights).

I keep hearing mixed reviews about the usefulness of the SNA's, especially outside of the US where many properties are great at granting upgrades when possible.

I've picked 5 nights for both choices, and despite some reported the counter to reflect it immediately, nothing shows so far. This will also push me to Amb, so this year will also show how much sense does that status make for me.

Has anyone received an email about choosing the 5 SNA? I have been waiting since Dec 30.

jrey and rigel try checking the link from the wiki https://choice-benefit.marriott.com/ In the past I've checked for my platinum and titanium gift choices as soon as my 50th and 75th night have posted. I've never bothered waiting for the email.

How come the Free Night Award Certificates (1) for 75 nights stay does not show up when I try to book hotels that require only 35,000 points?
I am supposed to be able to use it for up to 40,000. When I try to book hotel that requires only 35k, the only option available is point booking.

I hit my 75th night for a 3-night stay where I checked in on 12/27 and checked out on 12/30.

On the website account activity page, the stay is listed as "posted" on 12/27, but on the iOS app it is listed as posted on 1/1.

Still waiting to see my 75-night choice benefit option show up on the choice website.

Yes, applied towards 2019. Someone short 5 nights towards Ambassador may find the 5 Elite Nights of value.

I had that issue with Android cell phone booking, but no problem on my laptop.
