Amex SPG points not posting?

Spoken to SPG/Marriott and Amex about non posting of August points today. Both are blaming each other so no further forward

I've got around 300,000 points that haven't posted from my 8/15 billing statement. I've got a corporate card and a personal and, frankly, I'm having a tough time tracking the missing points. I'm placing very skeptical trust that not only will they get it figured out but that it will actually be ACCURATE when they do.

My points from Aug 12 statement posted on Aug 25 and points from Sept 11 statement posted on Sept 14. What's odd is Marriott didn't post the Aug points chronologically. They are posted between Aug 11 and Aug 14 transactions. The Sept 14 posting is between Sept 11 and Sept 13 transactions. So maybe you need to scroll back?

FYI, I have not combined my accounts, nor have I contacted Amex to give them my new number.

Amex to SPG no points since transfer

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it.

3 of my family account are missing points from July. Amex says they have sent the points to SPG who in turn are saying that they are having system issues and this will take a few days. This is getting silly now as we are coming onto 10 weeks + since the points were sent.

Has anyone experienced this? Any resolutions yet? I need the points for bookings and have all ready lost out on most of the availability.

Points recently left my AMEX account for the second month in a row without any of them ending up in my SPG/Marriott account.
