If you're here, you are obviously experiencing some issues with the web site. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We have an interest in giving you the best web experience possible, so here are some tips on how to get any problems resolved:

First of all, the web assistance team has this suggestion for you:

"We first suggest the normal steps of clearing their cache (temporary files) and cookies, logging out of their Marriott Bonvoy account online, then close all browser windows before trying again. Please note that clearing cookies may also remove any stored passwords in the browser.

It is important for them to log out to ensure no bad/old data is saved and so that the online account has a chance to refresh.

You may already be aware of this, but note that cache and cookies are 2 different things. The cache memory is what remembers old content for faster page loading and may cause errors after updates. Cookies are mostly only meant for tracking during the current session. Both can still remember old errors that may have existed in the browser."

You should also be aware that being on a VPN sometimes interferes with your browsing experience. Try browsing without being on a VPN and see if this fixes the issue.

If none of this resolves your issue(s), you can you can send an email to [email protected] along with any screenshots leading up to and including the error message.

It also helps if you include the following information in your email:

-What browser(s) have you tried? Is the issue happening over multiple browsers or just one?
-Are you using a desktop/laptop or a mobile device?
-If you are using mobile device does this issue persist when on a desktop/laptop?

Once we have this information, we can forward it on to the web assistance team for further review, so please be as complete as possible.

If you are having an issue with any of the Marriott Bonvoy apps, you can send the following information directly to the Marriott Bonvoy App team at [email protected]:

-What device and operating system are you using?
-What version of our app do you have installed?
-What is the problem you have encountered?

Went to book in Bangkok for this Friday last night... Again every Marriott property showed no availability for 2 hours. This morning it is working again and all properties have availabilities.

I'm not even bothering with CS. They'll tell me every thing is booked or I need to call a US number for help. In the meantime I'm sitting at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok. I guess I'll just extend here or move to PH/ GH

The Peninsula can often be had for a steal, and is a lot more pleasant than the PH.

Yes, the Peninsula is nice. I also like MO. My fav is still PA but trying to figure out if I can re qualify for Hyatt Globalist. I thought I was off that qualifying rat race w LTP SPG but Marriott literally is making it impossible to book. Hyatt has been good to me, they just have too few properties and not enough luxury ones.

I'm sure they would throw Accenture under the bus for the IT train wreck integration of loyalty systems, but I'd argue that person gave poor direction and/or was incompetent in not seeing the poor advice and strategy Accenture gave Marriott. If Marriott hasn't fired Accenture by now, then there is no hope.

I have 57 nights for the year and so far about 10 upcoming, all issue-free; whatever issues are bugging you aren't apparently universal.

your wonderful experiences are not universal either. I couldn't book a darn room easily in Bangkok for this week so I booked a Hyatt for 4 nights. When I tried to stay in BKK longer, I once again couldn't book via Marriott so I extended at a Hyatt. 7 nights now...

I asked CS 3 times this week what to do...after 2 absurd responses, I finally got a non gibberish response. They told me to log out, uninstall the app, turn off the phone, wait a minute, reinstall the app, wait and then log in again. I was half expecting them to tell me dance in a circle too and do the hokey pokey

this is a chain for people venting on tech issues after all. If you don't want to read the rants then just skip the thread

Have anyone seen their My Trips display are out of sequence?

Last time I looked at it before a stay on June 20, the upcoming trip list looked fine just as it should be listed by the chronological order.

Today I went online to check if the recent stay was posted (it was), then check the Upcoming Stay list - the timeline is all messed up. I have 3 bookings in Sept that should come up first, but now they are shown at the bottom of the list, and followed by a booking in Oct - but 2 bookings also in Oct, and are before this booking, are shown at the top of the list...

There is no logic in the current display, nor I can find any bubble to set preferred display format.

On top of that I just found one night reservation in PA at Marriott IAH in late Oct is no longer there!

Is this NEW glitch on BonVoy's website? That was not shown like this on June 20.

I want to say yes, though I can't swear to it because my display is currently in the correct order. But I have a distinct memory that some time within the last few weeks I went to look at upcoming reservations in the app and was alarmed at first thinking a reservation was missing because I expected to see it as one of the first three that show up with a property image and larger font, but I found it (out of chronological sequence) in the smaller list of reservations number 4+ at the bottom.

The odd part is, the first upcoming stays are at Venice, booked and paid when they were still 60K properties. Of course now they are at 85K and the reservation details shown hotel price is 85K - but I have made screen shots showing eCerts ordered, with 60K prices. So I am not going to worry about that - but they should have shown up at the top of the My Trip list as I dont have any booking between now until late Oct at Venice.

My heart skipped a beat when I did not see the 3 reservations - until I went to next page and they were there.

I found the last week of Oct PA reservation by reservation number but it is not displayed in the My Trip list! Although 3 other stays in 1st week of Dec also on PA are displayed in the list that used to be at the bottom of the list now they are ahead of the first upcoming stays in Sept and Oct.

Not displaying PA confirmed booking is SCARY. They already do not send confirmation email on PA booking so you need to send yourself an email - but not displaying it in the Upcoming Stays would cause big trouble for many who do not keep meticulous records of their bookings! This is a serious glitch on Marriott website!

Look at the hotel page, not your reservation.

If you’re already booked, the best way to get there is to save the hotel as a favorite (can be done from reservation), then go to the favorites list (on the same page as your activity tracker). From favorites list, select the hotel and the hotel info.
